Wilton Cake Decorating, Course Three final cake - 5/29/08

This was my first tiered cake - I liked the simplicity of it before the flowers were added.
The cake is covered in fondant, and the flowers are made out of fondant.  The ruffle around the bottom of the layers is buttercream.
The cake itself was almond flavored with white chocolate pudding filling in one layer and cheesecake pudding in the other.  I was practing for the upcoming wedding cake!
