Found a great recipe and tweaked it a little to make it my own. Made 2 separate star cakes, both white cake, one with red coloring added, the other with blue added.
Made a powdered sugar whipped cream sort of icing, used it to fill the cake, along with strawberries and blue berries in the center, and also used it to ice the cake and decorated with more fresh berries! It was very yummy for breakfast leftovers the next morning!
