The whole reason I started taking the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses was to make this cake! It's didn't exactly turn out perfect because I miss calculated how much batter I would need for each layer (they're a little small) but it tasted delicious!
The cake was covered in buttercream and the flowers and leaves were made of fondant. The top (6") and bottom (14") layers were vanilla cake with raspberry preserves. The second (8") layer was almond cake with white chocolate pudding. The third (10") layer was amaretto cake with cheesecake pudding. And the fourth (12") layer was marble cake with chocolate pudding.
