7/3/2010 - Fourth of July Jello "cake"

This cake is not actually a cake, it's Jello covered with cool-whip and fresh fruit!

4th of July - 7/4/08

Forgot to take a picture of the inside when it was cut - the layers of cake were died red, white and blue!  Cake was iced with whipped cream and decorated with strawberries and blueberries.
