Connie's Retirement Cake - 12/18/09

We surprised Connie, one of my co-workers, for her retirement, too.  We used the same decorations from Jane's party only Connie likes German Chocolate cake so I made her a decorated one.  4 layers of german chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing filling and frosting the outside.  Decorated with buttercream icing borders and store bought candy snowflake cake decorations.

Wreath Cake - 12/11/09

This was made for a co-worker using a wreath bundt cake pan which had the whole design of the cake, pinecones, ribbon and all.  I just used buttercream icing to highlight the design.  It was for one of her granddaughter's birthday.

Jane's Retirement Cake - 12/8/09

We had a Surprise Retirement Celebration for Jane (the previous Safe Kids Savannah Coordinator).  We tied it in with our Annual Holiday Potluck Luncheon and the decorations were all blue and snow flakes so the cake was decorated to match.  The cake itself was marble decorated with buttercream.  I made up the borders and the snowflakes were store bought candy cake decorations.
